Chapter 2
It's Monday morning, and I felt horrid! I have just finished my breakfast, but my mum said I'll be fine once I see my friends. Unfortunately she was right. Becca, Amy and Helen are really jolly, and soon cheered me up. I felt worse in Science though. We are doing about the environment and we saw this disgusting slide show about nits, leeches, tape worms & body worms. The longest a body worm can get is 20 metres! Oh no! We have got a french test today and I haven't revised. In all the other tests I have got at least 5/10 So I don’t have to come back after school. Hopefully I’ll pass like all the other tests I have taken. Wish me luck.
French dragged on and on until Madame Orchard finally said’ ‘Right children, books on the floor. Jeremy will give out the sheets of paper. Write your name and form at the top and then write the number 1-10 and then put your pens down. O.K? ‘Yes, Madame Orchard.’ Everyone replied. I got 10/10! That’s the highest I have ever got! It was quite an interesting lesson after that, because at the end of it all I was going to get 3 merits. After she had given me those merits I had 80 merits all together.
Next is I.T. Usually I hate I.T because we have the worst teacher in the school, Mr. Birch. He is horrible! He gives out green slips just for forgetting your homework, when all the other teachers just take a star off you. Anyway, I enjoyed this lesson, because Mr. Birch was ill, and Mrs Arnold said we could do anything we wanted (as long as it was legal)!!! Today was about the best day of my life!! (So far anyway).

Chapter 1
Hi Readers,
I’m gonna tell you about my life. My name is Bethany Taylor. I have a sister called Jessica. She is my twin. My mum is called Jane and she is a receptionist at my school. I have to stay at school until 4:00 when school finishes at 3:10. It’s not fair! I still get the key on Fridays though and I walk home with my mates. My dad is called Stuart, and he is an actor. He works in the local theatre so it’s going to be a long time until he even applies to rehearse for anything big like Corrie, or East Enders.
I have my own massive room. It is huge!! It is almost as big as my mum and dad’s room! I have a wardrobe, a dressing
table, a king sized bed (or as I like to call it a queen sized bed), a bookcase, a computer and a desk! It is great!
I am 13 years old and go to Lindley Methodist High School (LMHS) asswell as my sister. Luckily we are both in the same form, so we walk to school together along with Becca, Amy & Helen. They are all in my form & live 2 streets away. We are all best friends and have a club. It’s called the ‘Lil Devils’. Unfortunately there is a girl in our form that we don’t like. Jayni. She is seriously annoying and wants to be in our club!
Anyway, I have talked enough about my life now (I was only meant to introduce it. Oops!).I’ll tell you more during the story.
